After yesterday, Sarah and I got bumped up from our nice Intermediates group. (we think Will doesn't like us anymore). Into the Experts group; althought I feel we were only there to make the others look better.

Simon took us all to Baby Bay for a video coaching session.

I get nervous and defensive in these situations and didn't sail my best (well you never do on film, do you?)

Having said that I made a lot of waterstarts and managed to get much better control of my upwind sailing. Sarah, by the general agreement of everyone in the debrief, made a planing carve gybe. So 5 stars for Sarah. I was pleased with the way I finished the session, but I didn't finish a gybe as Sarah did.
